Dark angels - lush cosmetics

Good afternoon :)
Today I am going to rant at you about the amazing "dark angels" by lush cosmetics.
I was recommended this product by several different people on tumblr after I spent months moaning about the fact my skin was disgusting, prone to spots and really really greasy sometimes.
Being a cheapskate never comes easy when it boils down to buying good skin products, I refuse to spend more than £6-7 on something new.
For a 100g pot it cost £6.25, so seeing as it was in my price range I bought it. This was several months ago, and once this pot runs out you can bet your sweet ass I'll be buying another.
It does wonders for my skin and makes me feel like I've for no pores at all while my skin can breathe :) it's magic, but not so sexy.
The ingredients are all natural and are made by hand in some secret amazing laboratory where rainbows and kittens are created.

It smells amazing but I recommend you use this in private as your partner will take a photo & probably hold it against you forever.
You start off with a small blob in your palm, add warm water and rub your hands together to create a paste.

Then literally smoosh it into your face

Warning: you WILL look like a coal miner for several minutes

And your sink will be disgraceful too..

But your skin will look and feel shiny and amazing afterwards.

The ONLY complaint I have about this product is that it's messy, and I can't use it as a quick fix in a morning. I specially use it in the shower due to the fact that it gets everywhere and messes your hair up.
It's vegan friendly - to those who only use vegan products & it's got a pretty good life span unlike a few of lush's other products.

I can only apologise for the quality of these images, and also for my face.
I do not have the most spectacular face in the world.
Nor do i give a shit.

  2. i don't often use this unless i'm in the shower, i can't stand the whole "face splash" in the sink effort.
Messy products always seem to the best but i certainly agree!! :) xo
